LaShawn Saunders is the Property Manager for S & S Property Solutions. LaShawn has been working in the field of Property Management for over 15 years. LaShawn came to S & S Property Solutions in 2004 and has been an excellent asset to the company.
LaShawn Saunders is responsible for overseeing the management of each and every property we manage. LaShawn oversees all aspects of management to assure the tenants are abiding by the lease, in addition to making sure the property is being taken care of. LaShawn oversees the leasing agent and maintenance coordinator to insure all proper procedures are being followed.
On a daily basis, you can expect LaShawn to be inspecting properties, returning phone calls, inspecting recent repairs, attending annual section 8 inspections, attending city inspections, meeting with landlords and tenants, etc..
LaShawn is available Monday thru Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Although LaShawn spends a great deal of time away from the office handling her every day Property Management duties, she is always easily reached for any questions you may have. Sue Roser is the maintenance coordinator and office assistant. Prior to coming to S & S Property Solutions, LLC Sue spent many years in the Real Estate business and brings a wealth of experience.
Sue Roser’s daily responsibilities include taking maintenance calls, contractor follow up, and various office duties.

Diana Simmons is the Office Manager of the Property Management office. Diana is also in charge of all accounting in the Property Management office. Diana has been working for S & S Property Solutions since 1994. Diana began working in the property management office in September of 2000 as an assistant to the property manager.
Diana's duties include supervising all office staff, speaking with Owners and Tenants on a daily basis regarding accounting questions. Paying contractor's, paying expenses on Owner's behalf, assessing rents, assessing late fees, posting rents and late fees, disbursing rental proceeds and statements to Owners, tracking late fees, sending letters to Tenant's about water bills, late fees, etc., preparing deposits, sending Lease renewals, filing rent court notices, filing eviction notices, processing new accounts, turning overdue accounts to the collection agency etc.
